If you still have the app

This is the fastest route, and it deletes everything immediately — no request, no waiting, no email.

Settings → Your account → Delete your account.

That erases your account, every entry attached to it, and your usage records from our servers, and clears them from the phone. It cannot be undone.

If you only want to clear this device and keep your account, use Settings → Delete everything instead. And if you never signed in, your entries only ever existed on the phone — deleting the app deletes them.

If you no longer have the app

Email [email protected] from the address you signed in with, and ask us to delete your account. We will action it and confirm within 30 days, usually much sooner.

If you signed in with Apple using Hide My Email, send the relay address Apple gave you — that is the address we hold, and it is what lets us find your account.

What gets deleted

• Your account and its identifier.
• Every entry you have written: moods, causes, notes, good things, and your answers to Ulbo's daily questions.
• Your usage records.

Deleted data may persist in encrypted database backups for up to 7 days, after which it is gone.

We never had a copy of what you wrote beyond your own entries — the text sent to Google's Gemini to generate a reflection is not retained by us after the reflection comes back.

Your subscription is separate

Deleting your Ulbo account does not cancel a subscription, because the subscription belongs to your App Store or Google Play account and not to us. Cancel it in your store account settings, or you will keep being charged.
