Ulbo

Write about your day. Ulbo helps you see it differently.

Most journals ask you to write and leave you with a pile of words.

Ulbo reads what you wrote and looks for what you might have missed. A feeling that kept showing up. A pattern between two moments. Something you seemed to care about more than you realised.

Then it gives it back to you as a simple receipt of your day.

How it works

1. Write what happened
Say how you feel, what happened, and whatever is on your mind.

2. Find the thread
Ulbo reads your entry and looks for the feelings, patterns and connections running through it.

3. Get your receipt
End the day with a short reflection of what stood out, including three good things worth keeping.

What it costs

Free for 14 days, then subscription.

No advertising. No selling your personal information.

What happens to what you write

If you don't sign in, your journal entries stay on your device.

If you sign in, your entries are stored securely so you can access them on another device.

When you ask Ulbo for a reflection, the relevant text is sent securely to Google's Gemini API so the reflection can be generated.

We don't sell your journal entries or use them for advertising. Ulbo doesn't use advertising SDKs and doesn't track you across other apps.

We do measure how the app itself is used — which screens people reach, and where they get stuck — so we can make it better. That never includes what you write.

You can delete individual entries or your entire account from inside the app.

Ulbo is not a crisis service

If something you write suggests you may be at risk, Ulbo can show crisis support information instead of a normal reflection. Crisis support remains available whether or not you subscribe.

Ulbo is not therapy, counselling or medical care, and your entries are not monitored by a human.
